Cancellation Policy

For recurring subscription services or Extended License support contracts, customers retain the right to cancel their services at any time. Cancellations can typically be managed directly from your user dashboard under the "My Licenses" tab.

2. Effective Date of Cancellation

Cancellation will take effect immediately at the end of the current billing cycle. During this period, you will continue to have access to the service and associated updates until the cycle naturally concludes.

3. Financial Implications

Please note that cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for previously billed charges. We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. Modifying or canceling an automatic renewal is strictly intended to prevent future charges.
