How do I install an addon after purchasing?
After purchase, you receive a license key by email and a ZIP download link. In your Super Admin panel, go to Addon Marketplace → Upload ZIP. The system validates the package, runs migrations, and registers the addon automatically. Then enable it for the societies that need access.
Can I use one license on multiple installations?
Each addon license covers a single installation (one domain). If you need the addon on multiple domains (e.g. staging + production), purchase one license per installation.
What happens if I lose my license key?
Contact us at support@uniquedeveloper.in with your purchase email and payment ID. We can reissue the key or resend the original email.
Do addons receive updates?
Yes. Addon updates are distributed as new ZIP packages. Your license key lets you download future updates for the same addon at no additional cost. Update instructions are included in the release notes.
What payment methods are accepted?
India (INR): Razorpay — UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, wallets. International (USD): Lemon Squeezy — credit/debit cards, PayPal. Lemon Squeezy handles global tax compliance (VAT/GST) automatically.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a refund within 7 days of purchase if the addon cannot be installed due to a defect on our side. Custom work and white-label builds are non-refundable once delivery begins.
Are addons compatible with future versions of the product?
Each addon specifies a minimum core version in its manifest. We strive to maintain backward compatibility and release addon updates when a core version change requires it.
Do addons include mobile app screens?
Some addons include a mobile build (marked with a Mobile badge). These ship as a separate Flutter app build that adds the new screens. You'll receive the APK/IPA alongside the web addon ZIP.
