Refund Policy

1. Nature of Digital Goods
Since Unique Developers provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (software addons) as a one-time purchase, we do not issue refunds or allow cancellations once the product is sent and the license key is activated. If the product has been downloaded, no refund and no cancellations are allowed. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
We do honor requests for a refund on the following grounds:
- • Non-delivery of the product due to technical issues with our license server.
- • Major defects preventing the addon from functioning as described in the documentation.
3. Technical Review
Before any refund is processed, our technical team must be allowed to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. If there is any technical issue in the addons, we will resolve it within 4-5 business days. If we are unable to fix the issue within this timeframe, you are eligible to raise a request for a full refund.
4. Refund Process
Requests for refund must be submitted via a priority support ticket within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Razorpay/PayPal/Stripe) within 5-10 business days.
