Terms of Service

Effective: April 16, 2026

1. Agreement Acceptance

By accessing the Unique Developers Marketplace or utilizing the Societify License Server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our software products, including all addons and bundled software provided through our platform.

2. Licensing Framework

We provide two primary license tiers for our addons and software:

Regular License

Usage on one (1) production domain. Personal or commercial use for a single end-product.

Extended License

Usage on unlimited domains. Commercial use for multiple end-products or SaaS deployments.

3. Intellectual Property

Unique Developers retains all ownership and copyright of the software source code and associated assets. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software according to your license tier. Reverse engineering or unauthorized replication of our proprietary license verification protocols is strictly prohibited.

4. Usage Restrictions

You may not: (a) Resell or redistribute software "as-is" or as part of another bundle; (b) Remove or modify copyright notices; (c) Use the software for illegal purposes or to facilitate unauthorized access to third-party systems.

5. Support & Updates

All active licenses include 6 months of premium technical support and 12 months of free software updates. Renewal of support services is required after the initial term to maintain access to priority ticketing desk.

6. Limitation of Liability

Unique Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or business profits) arising from the use of our software. Software is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
